Being a leader and being a psychopath are almost synonymous in broad human consciousness. For millennia, psychopathic gods have been revered. In the Hebrew Bible (the Christian Old Testament), “God” engages in psychopathic behavior (commanding Abraham to kill his own son), Machiavellian machinations (purposefully “hardening” Pharaoh’s heart in Exodus so that he won’t let the Israelites go), and narcissistic self-aggrandizement (demanding worship as the Most High). This is a dark triad god, and yet he’s hailed as the all-loving, all-powerful creator! How does that happen?
Given their total lack of qualms and moral boundaries, dark triad people are often in great positions to manipulate people. They’ll betray you with a smile, even while declaring their commitment to you. They have a pinpoint focus on serving themselves. They are better disposed than normal people to positions of power where no checks and balances exist (e.g., at the top of the capitalist economy) because they have no desire for honesty or to prove themselves (narcissists never think they have to prove themselves). They remain confident and self-assured even when it’s not warranted. They are dominant people, extremely resistant to being controlled. In all these ways and many more, they are suited to reaching power and maintaining it.
The problem is that dark triad people never have in mind the interests of anyone but themselves. This leads us to an insane world where people will literally vote for dark triad politicians – against their own interests. Dark triad people have created a world where power is always psychopathic, Machiavellian, and narcissistic. If you don’t have these qualities, you’ll never get into any position of significant power. Decency, honesty, and humility are all fetters in a dark triad world. They hold you back. All positions of power are reserved for people with dark triad traits.
Isn’t it time we created a world where psychopathy, Machiavellianism, and narcissism were the fetters, and decency, honesty, and humility were paramount to being in power? The world is the opposite of what it should be. Stop admiring dark triad people. Start admiring heroes, people who show that they give a shit (and don’t take any shit).
The Real Problem With Democracy
Suppose that an imaginary country consists of people who will relentlessly vote against themselves. Is such a country not sick? Suppose that only a few people in that country actually vote for the people – shouldn’t their opinion matter more than that of the vast, ignorant people who vote against themselves? Democracy’s problem is that it appeals to quantity, not quality. In democracy, if a majority of people are ever stupid enough to vote against their own interests (which they assuredly are) then the true interests of the people will never be fulfilled. Dark triad people always manipulate people into supporting them.
The problem with people is that they don’t actually know what they want. They don’t study economics, politics, psychology, history, or much of anything, really. How can they be expected to correctly make extremely complex decisions about their future? Yet every one of these people contributes to the numbers that decide who wins. It’s all about the numbers; it’s not about how well informed people are, nor the quality of their decisions. How many racist, stupid, irrational, or malicious people are allowed a vote? Should their opinion matter at all?
This is the state of modern democracy – people always vote in the interests of the rich elite, not the interests of everyone. Such people are ill. They betray themselves. The State should be governed in the interests of the people, but are the people themselves ever going to achieve that? No. Democracy is inherently flawed. It simply paves the way for dark triad control.
Capitalism is certainly not about quality. It’s all about the quantity of production, the quantity of consumption, the quantity of money. Quality is subservient to quantity – i.e., companies will produce good products only to the extent that such quality achieves a higher quantity of sales.

Quantity is all that matters in this society, and until that’s changed, the super rich will continue to be its masters.
The dark triad rules quantity. It cannot survive in a quality-driven world since it detracts from quality.
It’s not about how much work you do – it’s always about the quality of that work. If you have a lot of shit, that doesn’t make it any more valuable than a little shit. It’s still shit. It’s quality that produces true value and determines the essence of a thing.
Capitalism and democracy = rule by quantity
Meritocracy = rule by quality
Since the super rich don’t actually have any merit, they would be eradicated in a meritocratic world. Excessive quantity would be made impossible. The world doesn’t need the super rich; the super rich need us.
Love
Why do so many people love psychopaths? They have a perverse need to be exploited and fucked over. They have a need to be commanded and made like sheep. The psychopath assumes the role of God – the thing that must never be disobeyed and whose word is law. Psychopath lovers are robot people. The idea of having to make decisions nauseates them. What if they get it wrong? Instead, they must adore the psychopath, who has no qualms about making their decisions for them.
These people are bizarrely ill miscarriages of logic. No self-respecting person would love and support someone who screws them over. Any decent person, in fact, seeks the removal of all psychopaths from any and all positions of power.
Never support anyone who does you injury, physical or otherwise. That’s self-destruction.
Reject dark power – the marriage of power and the dark triad. To accept it is self-destruction.
